A lot - service service service: Joan li, David, jofee super helpful polite and welcoming, offered late checkout after hearing my flight times Bedroom - good bedding and quiet. Very important- it’s quiet. Facilities - breakfast noodles great, fruit juice mix great, swimming pool spa with fishes great

The location is superb..close to city center and great views over river. The room..the facilities..the staff..couldn't be faulted ..all 5 star. Everyone ..the staff..very friendly and helpful with a special shout out for Joan Li and Tiffany. Joan awesome helper and good English. I've spent many years in china ..and Hainan too..and this the best hotel experience I have ever had!!!

Amazing and polite stuff, clean rooms! One of the best things super clean&nice swimming pool, which is most of the time pretty empty, so you can enjoy the whole pool yourself, also hot springs available. I will definitely come back here if i even come to Haikou again 10/10 👍👍👍

I loved everything about the property! Although the beers could be actually chilled. I ordered beers while in Haikou and I noticed that it is not really cold (as in chilled)… that was the only disappointment thing. If you are paying 35RMB for a beer, you expect it to be cold.

Spent one night here on our first day at Haikou. Check in was smooth and fast. The room was spacious and nice sea view. I liked the breakfast here with its variety. Staff were polite and tried to assist us with our enquiries. Hot spring pool was small and we dipped our feet in for the fish spa. Life guards were polite and helpful. There is a night market nearby with a cab's ride. Overall pleasant stay.

Very nice room, wonderful staff. Really tasty and very varied breakfasts. I really liked the hot springs.

Good value for money, it’s a resort yet located near the city centre. Very well maintained, great customer service, very good breakfast with many choices. Definitely we can highly recommend the place. We came with two kids, they enjoyed the stay here!

The room was well equipped and view/environment was tranquil and beautiful. The bell boy service was excellent! They are attentive and helped to navigate the transport system
